Change of Management Notice

Dear Guest,

The Walk is undergoing a property management transition and will now be managed by Book & Ladder, LLC. There will be some changes that take place as a result of this transition. To help you with those changes, please refer to the FAQ and information on this page.

Resident Portal

The Resident Portal (Website Login) will be down for one week to transfer all guest information properly and securely.

To Place a Work Order

Please contact the leasing office to submit a work order.

To Make a Payment

Please Make it by Check, Cashier’s Check or Money Order (only during this time). All checks will need to be made out to The Walk Leaseco, LLC.

Automatic Payments

Previously set-up automatic payments are no longer active. Once the Resident Portal is live, if you previously opted into auto payments, you will need to log in and reinstate auto payments. Please ensure this is done to avoid any interruption in your rental payments.

Utilities

During this management transition the changeover of utilities often takes time. Please be advised that you will still be responsible for paying utilities each month, however, there may be a two-month delay in receiving an invoice. Our third-party vendor that handles all utilities is Conservice. You may visit their website at www.conservice.com for more information.

We will not charge any late fees while the Resident Portal is unavailable.
